All members are welcome, and encouraged, to attend.

In line with the motion passed at the A. G. M. on 29^th January an Emergency General Meeting of the Club will be held at the time and place stated above to debate and vote on the following amendment to the constitution:

7 Membership

k. The upkeep of the clubhouse and grounds falls on the membership. Work parties are required through out the year on the odd occasion and for open tournaments held on our ground. When help is required there will be no shooting indoors or outdoors for any member for the duration of the work party hours with the exception of those entered to shoot in the open tournaments held on our ground.

The E. G. M. will be followed by the next committee meeting.
